I started working as an Executive Secretary & promoted to Sr. Executive Secretary. Maintained Management Offices, Agendas, Inter-Office memos, and presentations, Conducting Virtual & Physical Business meetings with clients, and Dealt with Corporate, Commercial matters, production, qualities of production & target deliveries.


Work done with the Production
Provided Administrative Support to the Sales & Marketing, Procurements, and Production Department to Maintain Daily Targeted Production, variance reports (approved or rejected reports), Materials Consumption Reports, Plant’s related equipment Cooling Towers, Chillers, Air-Compressors maintenance & replacement of parts enabling heavy-equipment in operation.


Work done in Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Worked as a QC Officer in QA&QC Department to control the Clients' documentation, facilitated to Client’s/Vendors' Inspection Team to perform the Quality Inspection, and provided Maintained Furnished offices with Internet connectivity for Vendor’s Inspectors and their 3rd Party Inspectors.


Maintained Quality Testing Instruments, Documentation & Calibration Records
Maintained the Calibration of Quality Testing Instruments updating periodically (monthly, half-yearly & yearly) as per Manufacturer recommended Master Samples and Outside Inspection & Testing from the 3rd Party Independent Laboratory, in addition, ordered new testing instruments for testing as well.

e) Internal Quality Auditor
Worked as Qualified Lead Auditor, Maintained Quality Management System, Organization’s Overall Performance conducted of various departments, Internal Audits based on the Quality Management System (EN 1SO 9001 2015). Prepared Internal Audit Check Lists and Audit Reports submitted to the Management.
